Buck Buchanan has been a blessing to our fairly small, family-owned business. He has helped us jump into the 21st century with an updated VOIP phone system that handles everything flawlessly for me. Where before I had an antique phone system that needed a fax switch, an old digital answering machine, and separated internet connections for the merchant processing systems, I now have a wonderfully connected system that handles it all. Voicemail is a breeze. I can check it from anywhere and update the outgoing message in a moment. Power out at the office? No worries! Direct rollover to my work cell phone so I never miss a call. There have been 2 calls I’ve had to make to Buck for issues that have come up. He was more than able to handle them quickly and efficiently in a minimal amount of time. Only one of them required a trip to the office. The other was handled remotely. I was very hesitant about switching away from what I knew to something unknown. Now I’m just sad I didn’t meet Buck earlier and have this amazing system sooner! I cannot state how highly I recommend him.

In 2011, we installed the Allworx phone system and the hardware has always been excellent, even the handsets installed in a shop environment.  The system is feature rich and has significant flexibility when compared to previous telephone systems.  But it is an all-inclusive computer network system requiring in-depth support that the original telephone supplier could not provide.
